Three Bruins represented Bellevue University on the 2021 All-Midlands Softball team as announced by the Omaha World-Herald on July 2. Pitcher Lauren Jurek, third baseman Lauren Russell, and outfielder Maricela Egan landed on the first team. In addition, shortstop Ellie Bliemeister and utility player Emily Rochford garnered honorable mention recognition.
A total of 71 Bellevue University student-athletes earned North Star Athletic Association (NSAA) Scholar-Athlete honors for the 2020-21 academic year in an announcement made today by the conference office.

Shortstop Josh Vaughan (Baseball) was recognized as the Male Academic Athlete of the Year. Shortstop Ellie Bliemeister and guard Jamie Winkler were honored as co-Female Academic Athletes of the Year.
