Senior setter Olivia Galas (Bellevue, Neb.) earned her fourth-straight first-team All-American nod. Senior outside hitter Sierra Athen (Red Oak, Iowa) garnered her third All-American award after being named to the second team. She was a third-team selection in 2021 and a second-team honoree in 2019. Sophomore middle blocker Jacki Apel (Bellevue, Neb.) earned honorable mention All-American honors.
Senior setter Olivia Galas earned her fifth AVCA all-North Central Region honor to lead four Bruins on the select squad announced today. Galas was joined on the all-region first team by senior outside hitter Sierra Athen and sophomore middle blocker Jacki Apel. Senior middle blocker Nicole Meyer earned honorable mention honors.
Bellevue University volleyball team lost to Midland University 3-0 in the final match of Pool C at the NAIA National Tournament before falling to Westmont in a tiebreaker set.
