Bellevue University’s Ximena Jauregui (Cancun, Mexico) was named a College Sports Communicators Second Team Academic All-American, after the CSC announced their men’s and women’s soccer teams this week.
The College Sports Communicators announced their 2023 women's soccer Academic All-District Teams Tuesday afternoon and the Bruins had a pair of student-athletes recognized.
Two special award winners and 10 all-conference selections represented the Bruins among the Continental Athletic Conference’s award winners when the CAC league office announced its Men’s Soccer All-Conference Teams and Players of the Year yesterday.
Junior Morgan McIlnay (Omaha, Neb.) has been recognized as the CAC’s Women’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday.
Katrina Avila scored less than four minutes into the game and Ximena Jauregui struck twice to lead Bellevue past Dakota Wesleyan 5-0 on Saturday.
