BELLEVUE, Neb. -- Bellevue University women's soccer coach Tom White announced today the signing of Jaedyn Tryon to a National Letter of Intent to continue her academic and athletic careers at Bellevue beginning in the fall of 2019.
Tryon is the daughter of Thomas and Toren Tryon and is currently a senior at Burke High School where she contributed three goals for the season in an array of positions.
In addition to playing for the Bulldogs, she plays club soccer for Fremont Moxie under the guidance of Amy Tilley.
Coach White on Tryon:
"I am excited that JJ will be joining us for the upcoming season. She is a hard worker, a fighter, and a player who has a very high soccer IQ. She understands numerous roles all over the pitch and will bring great character to the squad."
Tryon joins earlier signees Maddy Vasquez (Omaha, Neb.), Alanis Neely (Council Bluffs, Iowa), and Kaycee Driever (Nebraska City, Neb.) in the Bruins' 2019 recruiting class.
Bellevue finished the 2018 season with a 10-5-0 overall record, marking BU's 15th-straight season with at least 10 victories, and qualified for the A.I.I. Tournament.
