Bellevue earns top spot in MCAC Women's Soccer Preseason Poll

POINT LOOKOUT, Mo. - Bellevue University has been selected as the top team in the 2013 MCAC Women's Soccer Preseason Coaches' Poll released on Tuesday, Aug. 13.  

The Bruins posted a 13-4-1 record and a 6-0-1 mark in the MCAC in 2012, claiming the MCAC regular season championship and the MCAC Tournament title. BU also advanced to the NAIA National Tournament for the third-straight season.

Oklahoma Wesleyan University ranks second in the preseason coaches' poll having compiled a 15-5-2 overall record (5-1-1 MCAC) in 2012. College of Saint Mary, which went 9-10 (6-2 MCAC) last year, placed third in the 2013 league coaches' poll.

Rounding out the rankings are Central Baptist College (4th), Waldorf College (5th), York College (6th) and Central Christian College (7th).
