Soria named North Star Golfer of the Week

Senior Natalia Soria (La Paz, Bolivia) has been named the North Star Athletic Association Golfer of the Week for her performance last week in the Creighton Fall Classic.

Soria finished in a tie for fourth place in the Creighton Fall Classic, which featured NCAA Division I and II teams.  She fired a 2-over 74 in the second round after recording an 80 in the opening round. 

Soria finished the tournament with a score of 154 and helped the Bruins to a tie for third place as the only NAIA school in the eight-team field. 

The will conclude the fall season on Oct. 24-25 at the Susie Maxwell Berning Classic in Oklahoma City.
