2025 Season (Sophomore): Named first-team all-NSAA and led the conference with 11 home runs … Finished third on the team with a .338 batting average, while adding 50 hits, 34 RBIs, and 11 doubles … Ranked second on the team in both slugging percentage (.649) and on-base percentage (.429) … Started all 50 games and posted a .986 fielding percentage at first base with 331 putouts and 12 assists … Hit a grand slam and drove in four runs in BU’s 10-2 win over Peru State on April 16 — one of two grand slams in the game, as she and her sister, Liana McMurtry, both went deep with the bases loaded ... 2024 Season (Freshman): Played and started in 52 of the team's 56 games at first base ... Drove in a team-leading 33 RBIs ... Second on the team with six home runs ... Went 2-for-4 with two doubles and two RBIs in BU's 6-4 win over St. Xavier in the NAIA National Championship Opening Round.
High School: Prepped at Bellevue East High School under former Bruin and BU Hall of Famer Casie Kinman Onken ... As a senior, she batted .452 with six doubles, four home runs, 25 RBIs, and three stolen bases. In the circle, McMurtry finished with a 4-2 record with 37 strikeouts in 42 innings pitched ... For her career, McMurtry batted .407 with nine home runs, 13 doubles, and 50 RBIs. She earned a 10-4 record in the circle, with 89 strikeouts in 91 innings pitched ...
