Schedule update: Tuesday's home opener postponed

BELLEVUE, Neb. – Due to forecasted cold temperatures, the Bellevue University softball team's home and venue opener against the College of Saint Mary, originally scheduled for Tuesday, March 17, has been postponed.

A makeup date for the contest has not yet been determined.

The Bruins are now scheduled to open the 2026 home slate and inaugurate the brand-new Renner Dennis Outdoor Athletic Complex later this week. Bellevue will host Valley City State University for a four-game Frontier Conference series on Friday and Saturday, March 20-21.

Friday's doubleheader is slated to begin at 2 p.m., while Saturday's twin bill will commence at noon.

The Renner Dennis Outdoor Athletic Complex is located at 14202 Harlan Lewis Road, Bellevue, Neb.
