Softball pushes series with PC back a day

BELLEVUE, Neb. -- The Bellevue University softball team has announced changes to this weekend's series against Presentation College.

The series, originally slated for Saturday-Sunday, has been moved back a day and will now be played on Sunday and Monday. Sunday's double-header is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. with Monday's action set to begin at 1 p.m. All four games will take place at the Lied Center.

Bellevue, receiving votes in the latest NAIA Coaches' Poll, has won 11 of their last 12 games and rests at 19-8 on the season. The series against Presentation will see the continuation of the league schedule. The Bruins are tied for first place at 4-2 while PC sits a game back at 2-2 in NSAA play.
