Travis, Narvaez earn weekly soccer honors
POINT LOOKOUT, Mo. -- The Bellevue University men's soccer team sweep the weekly conference awards for the week ending Oct. 18 as senior \#Mo Travis\# was named the MCAC Offensive Player of the Week and junior goal keeper \#Sebastian Narvaez\# earned MCAC Defensive Player of the Week honors.
A native of Papillion, Neb., Travis scored two goals in a 5-0 shutout of William Jewell College last Wednesday.
Narvaez, who earned the award for the fourth time this season, grabbed two saves over 64 minutes of action in the 5-0 shutout of William Jewell.
The Bruins (8-2-1, 1-0 MCAC) will entertain Morningside College at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 21, at Tranquility Park.
