Bellevue pulls away from field to win NW Iowa National Invite
The Bellevue University men’s golf team shot 4-under in Tuesday’s third round to pull away from the field and win the Northwest Iowa National Invitational by 10 strokes.
LE MARS, Iowa -- The Bellevue University men's golf team shot 4-under in Tuesday's third round to pull away from the field and win the Northwest Iowa National Invitational by 10 strokes.

Hugo Ronnberg (210, -6) with six birdies to his name fired his third-straight 2-under 70 to climb up to fourth place and Floris-Jan Oosterhof (3 birdies), who entered as the tournament leader, joined Ronnberg in the top 10 with a sixth place finish at 4-under (212).
Alex Zillig (5 birdies, 2 bogeys) carded a team-best 3-under 69 to vault into a tie for 16th with a 54-hole score of 218 (+2).
Baptiste Bonnet (1 birdie) finished at 3-over (219) to finish in a tie for 19th. Rodrigo Navarrete (6 birdies, 2 bogeys) shot a 2-under 70 to finished 7-over with a score of 223 and place in a tie for 29th.
Entering the round with a three-stroke lead, Bellevue (284) held on to win the title by 10 strokes with a three-round 853 (-11) while Grand View (292) slipped to 863 (-1) as a unit. Missouri Valley (285 3rd round, 865 overall), Morningside (284, 867), Texas Wesleyan (282, 873) and Ottawa (283, 873) rounded out the top five.
Hugo Brandt shot a 4-over 76 for the third-straight round to finish at 12-over (228).
