Clow earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bellevue University. Following graduation, she began a career in Human Resources before transitioning to sales and discovering a passion for the staffing industry. She became part of the original founding team at Ventura MedStaff before launching Marvel Medical Staffing, which recently rebranded as Luvo Healthcare, where she serves as Founder and CEO. Her business achieved certification from the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). Clow was also selected through the Women Presidents Organization (WPO) to complete Harvard Business School's Leading Business and Personal Transitions program, earning certification.

Continuing her support of the Bellevue University volleyball program, she sponsored and hosted two Marvel Classics fundraising events. Clow resides in Valley, Neb., with her spouse, Aaron Grossman, and her three children, Thomas, Charley, and Ashton.
