Mullins named to NWAACC roster for World Baseball Challenge
Junior third baseman Nate Mullins has been selected to the NWAACC-USA team for the 2013 World Baseball Challenge in Prince George, B.C., Canada on Aug. 13-23.

Junior third baseman Nate Mullins has been selected to the Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges-USA team for the 2013 World Baseball Challenge in Prince George, B.C., Canada on Aug. 13-23.
Mullins was named a first team NAIA All-American and was selected as the 2013 Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Year while leading the Bruins with a .387 batting average, 67 hits, 50 RBIs, nine home runs and a .613 slugging percentage.
The NWAACC-USA roster was determined based on previous all-NWAACC and all-region teams. A select number of former NWAACC standouts were also be named to the squad.
The 2013 World Baseball Challenge is in its third edition. The five-team tournament includes Canada, USA, Cuba, the Chinese Taipei National Team and the Japanese JX-Eneos.
