Applicants needed for Bruin Mascot

The Bellevue University Athletic Department is currently seeking energetic and talented individuals to be Brutus, the mascot. Ideal candidates will be athletically and physically fit and have a creative and humorous personality.

Essential Job Functions:
• Be available on a rotating schedule to perform at all Bruins' home games, indoors (Volleyball and Basketball) and outside (Men's & Women's Soccer, Baseball and Softball)
• Time commitment per game will vary from 1 1/2 - 4 hours
• Be available on a rotating schedule to perform at school events, not exclusive to Bellevue University
• Spontaneous crowd interaction during games and events
• Responsible for maintaining the costume

Training will be arranged for use and maintenance of costume.

Any student selected will be offered tuition assistance in the form of a scholarship.
