Women's golf cancels Bellevue Spring Invitational

Forecasted cold and wintery weather has forced the Bellevue women's golf team to cancel its Bellevue Spring Invitational next Monday-Tuesday, March 25-26 at the Pines Country Club in Valley, Neb. 

The tournament will not re-scheduled. However, the Bruins may add an additional spring tournament to their competition schedule. 

The next scheduled tournament for the Bruins will by on April 4 at the Northwestern (Iowa) College Spring Invite in Orange City, Iowa. 

In its first competition of the spring season, Bellevue captured the team title at the Warner University Golf Classic on March 4-5 in Sebring, Fla.
