Men's golf tied for 24th place at NAIA Tournament
SALEM, Ore. -- The Bellevue University men's golf team is tied for 24th place at the NAIA Men's Golf National Championships after the second day of competition at the Creekside Golf Club on Wednesday. Third round action will begin tomorrow.

Oklahoma Christian University leads the tournament field with a two-round score of 585. BU is tied with Marian (Ind.) University with a score of 637.
Jeff Shermoen and John Matthews each tallied four-over-par scores of 76 to pace the Bruins. Matthew is tied for 49th place overall after tallying five birdies in the second round.
Tanner Alder bounced back from a first day score of 92 to post a five-over-par 77 in the second day, including three birdies. Other Bruin golfers included Jose Vega who recorded a score of 81 while Javier Franco shot an 83.
