Former Bruin Spencer Duggan inks professional contract
Former Bellevue University baseball standout Spencer Duggan has signed a professional contract with the Fullerton Flyers of the American West Baseball League.
Former Bellevue University baseball standout Spencer Duggan has signed a professional contract with the Fullerton Flyers of the American West Baseball League.
Duggan, a two-time letterwinner for the Bruins, batted .310 as a junior and .346 as a senior. He earned second team all-conference honors in 2012.
"We are really excited for the opportunity Spencer has in front of him," said head coach Duane Monlux. "He was a huge part of the success we had the past two seasons at Bellevue University. He will represent himself and Bellevue University very well."
